We are currently looking to recruit a Project/contracts manager to work for an Essex based building contractor with work throughout London and the south-east. Projects typically range from £50k to £1m in value and can be a combination of fit-out ,refurbishment and minor new buildworks Primarily office based, with visits to site as and when needed, the role is client facing involves site set up through to delivery and handover . Candidate will have worked for reputable building contractors and ideally have experience of running multiple projects
