We are recruiting for a talented construction professional to take the lead on a substantial bespoke residential development in Basingstoke. This impressive project will deliver a large, individually designed luxury home built to an exceptional standard, requiring meticulous attention to detail and first-class project management skills. Working as the No.1 on site, you will have full responsibility for coordinating construction activities, managing subcontractors, overseeing programme delivery and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
