Working within a skilled, supportive team, you will ensure the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms. Key Responsibilities · Inspection & Servicing: Execute diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across designated fleet platforms. · Rectification & Prep: Complete follow-on maintenance to ensure full safety and compliance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections. · Fleet Upgrades & Reworks: Upgrade vehicles to operational standards and resolve defects identified during quality examinations. · Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety policies at all times. Location & Commute Conveniently located in Warminster, Wiltshire, with strong transport connections via the A36 and A350. Ideal for lodge-based contractors or commutable candidates from Bath, Salisbury, Trowbridge, Frome, Westbury, and the wider Wiltshire/Somerset region. Requirements · Qualifications: Level 3 IMI, NVQ, City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. · Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician (military, commercial, or fleet background strongly preferred). · Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with fleet asset tracking. · Security Clearance: Eligible for BPSS clearance (sponsored and managed entirely by E-ppl). · Equipment: Standard coveralls and safety footwear (all mechanical tools provided).
