Site Manager – RC Frame Apartments Location: Bristol Salary: £50,000–£70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package Sector: Main Contractor | New Build | Residential | RC Frame Site Manager – The Company An excellent opportunity to join an established and highly regarded main contractor delivering a major new build residential development in central Bristol. The business has a strong track record across the South West, a secure pipeline of future projects and a reputation for properly resourcing its sites. This is a good opportunity for a Site Manager looking to join a stable contractor with genuine scope to progress. Site Manager – The Project You’ll be joining the site team on a £50m+ multi-storey apartment development in central Bristol. The scheme is being constructed around a reinforced concrete frame, so previous hands-on experience managing RC frame construction is essential. Site Manager – The Role Working alongside the Project Manager and wider site team, you’ll take responsibility for key elements of the build, helping drive the project safely and efficiently through the construction programme. Responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractors and individual work packages Taking responsibility for RC frame and associated construction works Driving programme, quality and health & safety on site Coordinating trades and resolving day-to-day site issues Monitoring progress against programme Working closely with the commercial, design and project teams Maintaining high standards of quality and site presentation Site Manager – Requirements Previous experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor RC frame construction experience is essential Experience on new build residential, apartments or similar major construction projects Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred Comfortable working as part of a larger project team Applications are also welcomed from experienced Assistant Site Managers who have strong RC frame experience and are ready to take the next step into a Site Manager position.
