Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, site inspections and regular progress meetings. Liaise effectively with clients, project managers, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Ensure all necessary site documentation, risk assessments, method statements and health and safety records are maintained. Manage snagging, defects, commissioning and the successful handover of completed projects. Maintain a professional and collaborative approach when working in occupied buildings and sensitive operational environments.
