West Hull £13.45 per hour Rotating Shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday to Friday The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics and distribution operation in West Hull for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering stable, full-time hours, a supportive team environment, and ongoing training and development. The Role Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Duties will include: Order picking using handheld scanners Packing customer orders to a high standard Accurately selecting products ranging from single-item orders through to full pallet quantities Checking products and quantities against order requirements Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail Working to daily targets and service level agreements Ensuring a clean, safe and organised working environment Supporting other warehouse functions as required What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience is desirable Experience using handheld scanning equipment would be advantageous Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work the rotating shift pattern What's in it for You? £13.45 per hour Full-time, ongoing work Monday to Friday working hours No weekend working Opportunity to join a successful and growing operation Training and development opportunities Immediate starts availableIf you are looking for a warehouse role within a professional and fast-moving logistics environment and have the drive and commitment to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
