Site Manager – Façade Remediation – Leeds City Centre Location: Leeds City Centre Job Type:Permanent Salary: Negotiable depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a façade remediation project on an existing office block in Leeds City Centre. Working with an established main contractor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day running of the site. Overseeing façade remediation works and specialist subcontractors. Coordinating deliveries, access and logistics within a busy city centre location. Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed. Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management. Maintaining quality standards throughout the project. Attending site meetings and liaising with the wider project team. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Site Manager on façade remediation or cladding replacement projects. Strong understanding of external envelope works. Experience managing projects within restricted or busy locations. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. Good organisational and communication skills.
