Realistic OTE £80,000 - £100,000 per annum Permanent, Full Time A selling role that leads somewhere Amvia is a young, fast-growing connectivity, voice and managed IT provider based in Sheffield, and we are hiring a Sales Manager who still loves to sell. You will carry your own target, close your own deals and earn uncapped commission on them, with about a day a week leading a small team of two that you will grow to three. Do it well and the role has potential to become General Manager of the business. Be clear before you apply: this is not a step out of selling. Four days a week you are on the phone, in front of customers and closing. If you want a desk job running other people's numbers, this is not it. If you want to keep selling, build a team around you and have a real say in how a growing company is run, read on. What you will do: Sell. Carry a personal new-business target across leased lines, hosted voice, Microsoft 365, managed IT and security, and own your deals from first call to live service. Lead a small team. Run the weekly pipeline review, coach on live deals, set the CRM standards and hold people to them, including yourself. Hire. Recruit and onboard a third salesperson in your first six months. Work alongside the founders. You report to the Managing Director and sit with the leadership team on pricing, suppliers and growth, which is where the General Manager path starts. Roughly 80% selling, 20% management. Both halves are protected: you will not be pulled off your own pipeline, and you will not be allowed to let the team drift.
