CSS Recruitment are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a client in Waltham Abbey, Essex. Our client is a specialist contractor within the roofing and cladding industry for both commercial and residential properties. As a Quantity Surveyor you will work with the Commercial team to manage, report on and control all commercial and financial aspects of projects. If you are an experiences Quantity Surveyor looking to further development your career within the roofing and cladding industry, this might be the role for you. Essential Requirements: Ability to use a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office and bespoke packages. Communication and relationship building skills. Self-motivated and proactive interest in commercial awareness. Organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Ability to use Microsoft Project (preferred).
